Swissotel Al Murooj

We were booked at the Swissotel Al Murooj for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, food and service was top notch. The staff is also very helpful and polite. My child had taken ill and the room service menu did not have khichdi but the chef prepared one on our request. Thumbs up to the Swissotel Al Murooj. Arbaz at the reception even helped us with a late request check out. Excellent stay. Just one area that needs improvement is the rooms. The rooms are a little dated and need to be refurbished. Else full marks to the Swissotel Al Murooj and its hospitable staff. Will recommend for sure.

Mr, indranil from make my trip customer care gave us all information we needed, he was very supportive. It was a comfortable stay at swissotel al murooj, ms ritah at reception was very helping and responsive, it was easy check in and check out, mr. Lokender from the Swissotel Al Murooj staff was also very helping for any needs, Swissotel Al Murooj staff abdou and others are doing great job. Breakfast was very good, it was a nice stay for us.

Hotel amazing, clean, staff very welcoming indeed! only small issue is the bar is far and you got to walk down many steps outside to get to it or get a golf trolley. Did mot have breakfast but it looked amazing. Had lunch before i left which was very nice although the guy bringing my food where i was sitting in the lobby, presented me with the bill before i had even started to eat my food! i will stay again soon

We started here for 4 nights. The Swissotel Al Murooj location is awesome. Just5 minute walk from the Dubai mall. We ended up saving so much money and time due to our frequent visits to the mall. The Swissotel Al Murooj staff is very courteous. Breakfast is average and can be improved. However we felt it was great for the price. Also the resort has multiple pools and lots of activities for kids.

We are a family of 3 and we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall the property is amazing, the views, the location, closeness to dubai mall and we especially loved the swimming pool. Special call out to the staff who made the checkin and check out process very smooth and called us taxis whenever needed. I believe there could be some more breakfast buffet options for vegetarians.

I had a great experience with my family. My daughter is a toddler, therefore the assistance provided by the staff and hostess was really comforting and caring. My daughter's birthday was also being celebrated by their staff, which made her day more special. Cherry on top is the location. It's in the heart of the city, all the attractions are near to this Swissotel Al Murooj.

Perfect location for a tourist, the Swissotel Al Murooj has great rooms, helpful staff, amazing poolside. Most accessible, just walk across to dubai mall. All around the Swissotel Al Murooj there is complex - everything available from a supermarket to pharmacy in case. Downtown dubai walking distance. Hotel stay was excellent, good facilities. We stayed in an appartement of swissotel al murooj, the staff here are very polite and friendly. The check-in was hassle free. Excellent location, because very near to dubai mall and all other city centre activities. Food is great, however not much options for indian vegetarian. Cleanness is good, amenities are also good. So over all we would rate it as great stay.

Comfortable Swissotel Al Murooj with excellent location. Highly recommended to those who want to stay in downtown. Super market and dubai mall are at a walking distance. Breakfast spread was exactly same all 4 days we were there, so that is an improvement area. They removed the minibar from the room without taking our permission, again, not something i appreciate.

Pros cleanliness, location, warm welcome, truly 5 stars. Cons Even if there are I won't mention it, I had an overall good experience. Roda Al Murooj is situated right next to Dubai Mall. They have shuttle facilities to the mall (3 times in a day) and it is just walking distance from both Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall.

The location is 10 mins walk from dubai mall and burj khalifa. The breakfast spread was really good with some indians cuisines as well everyday. The rooms were huge and offer good city and skyline view. Unfortunately we did not get time to explore pool and other facilities.

We stayed at the property for 5 days and loved it. The staff was cordial and helpful, the facilities were good and most importantly this Swissotel Al Murooj has one of the best locations in the city. Airport 15 mins, burj khalifa at walking distance and what not!

The Swissotel Al Murooj is just 5 min walking distance from dubai mall, burj khalifa, dubai metro and address Swissotel Al Murooj. Food spread was also nice. Best Swissotel Al Murooj in downtown.

Nice Swissotel Al Murooj. Close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa

It was good but Swissotel Al Murooj is not child friendly. We asked for early check in but even after requesting so many times they refused and we waited there for more than 3 hours.
