TIME Grand Plaza Hotel

We stayed at the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel for 2 nights, the person at the reception was not friendly for sure, seemed she was just there to do her job and get rid of us while checking-in. We wanted a room with carpet because we have a baby and booked the room only because of that reason, but when requested the carpet room our request was turned down explaining that all room we upgraded recently to regular floors, but i was informed bu other staff that they do have carpet rooms, so that really put me off. Also, the buffet breakfast had very limited options, not worth. No one was their to assist with parking, you have to figure our yourself the way to the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel basement parking, which was surely tricky for a new visitor. Positives of the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel were that the room was clean and room service staff was helpful.

The check-in process handled by the front desk (Ms. Rechil) was seamless. I got a non smoking room which was dated on with decor and was clean. Breakfast offered was scrumptious. The host and the service team was very warm and friendly. I felt very well attended by the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel staff. Hotel location is convenient to terminal 2 and terminal 1 is a 15 minute drive. Dubai airport free zone metro is a 8-10 minute walk from the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel. I would rate 5 on 5 for the stay at Time Grand Plaza Hotel.

Overall the stay was good. We checked in to a room which had bed bugs initially but it was changed after a complaint. Breakfast was good and TIME Grand Plaza Hotel was clean. If your work is close to airport then this is the best option but if you are a tourist, it takes at least 1. 5 hrs to travel to centre of the city which makes most of your tour in the metro. Cabs are damn costly in dubai.

Beautiful property in the middle of the Wadi desert with lots of activities to do during the stay or simply relax. The Al Khaimah villa was pure perfection, with private pool and an amazing view. There are 2 restaurant options for dinner farmhouse and Moorish, both equally excellent. Unlimited activities available for both adults and kids.

Room was pleasantly nice. I've stayed at other TIME Grand Plaza Hotels in the same street. Hampton and fortune. Time is by far the best when it comes to the room. However i felt the breakfast food was bland and repeated. When it comes to breakfast i felt hampton was better. Also the housekeeping didn't replace the towels the next day.

Having an excellent stay at the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel for last couple of days. The TIME Grand Plaza Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping staff mr. Ali and mr. Rahul is very cooperative and also mr. Yam kumar is doing excellent job.

Excellent staff and room. Service even in late night, very clean rooms with excellent hygiene in toilet, smoking and non smoking floors, variety of foods including indian food for breakfast. Overall excellent option for business and family stay as room are decently big enough

TIME Grand Plaza Hotel is really nice as shown in pictures neat and clean. rooms are great in size, staff is good. breakfast is also nice.. washroom are also neat and clean. location is great, TIME Grand Plaza Hotel is on road. room service is great.👍

This a best TIME Grand Plaza Hotel for me my 1st international experience was good by the way and thank you to this TIME Grand Plaza Hotel. If next time i will come to dubai i m going to book same TIME Grand Plaza Hotel and same room.

It was a great stay experience in time Grand plaza TIME Grand Plaza Hotel, excellent service, within 15 days I have booked the TIME Grand Plaza Hotel twice a time. Again I will go with the same TIME Grand Plaza Hotel in my next visit.

20 mins ride from the airport and 5 mins walk to the nearest metro (Dubai duty-free metro) and many Indian restaurants opp and on the side way within walk able. Rooms are luxury enough and worth for money. Hassle-free check in.

The TIME Grand Plaza Hotel is good and clean. Plenty of super markets and south indian restaurants. Also aster clinic and pharmacy is few steps away

V good TIME Grand Plaza Hotel in this category, i rchd early still they allowed me to check in. Breakfast buffet was good, with many choices. Rooms are v spacious.

It was excellent stay.

Our stay was really pleasant and staff is very helpful only TIME Grand Plaza Hotel needs to address some renovation or replacement of some of the items in their washrooms and rooms because they are bit old.

My stay at this TIME Grand Plaza Hotel was very warm. Relatively good value for money and nice meals. If you were dropping for a few days by the airport, this is the perfect place to stay at.
