Norfolk royal e has an old world charm that you find missing in the minimalistic decor that has become too monotonous nowadays. Norfolk has a character of its own. Right from check in to check out, it was a very warm and wonderful experience. We arrived at 10. 40 pm in the night and shiva and jun-aid were very helpful l at the front desk. Full english breafast was full and delicious. The restaurant staff very courteous and efficient. The hotel is right at the town centre on the opposite side of a beautiful church, with all bars, pubs, restaurants on walking distance. I wanted to extend our stay, however the hotel was fully booked. Would love to come back

Location, garden, pool

Location was good and breakfast was amazing with many Vegas options. It has poll with hot water running and secret garden. Also staff members were very polite. It is very near the centre market with unlimited food options

Royal stay

The hotel is royal not in the name only but in the quality of stay too. Stayed there for couple of nights and faced no issue. Located close to the beach and city centre. The only thing that got me thinking was the restricted menu in breakfast buffet, kind of disappoints you.
