Excellent Stay

The hotel has a great location, conveniently located from heathrow terminal 3 takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get there, rooms were well appointed, i had a great view to the heathrow airport was a joy looking at flight take off, there is ample parking for guests, the property is very well priced and truly enjoyed my breakfast; big up to the very helpful and courteous front desk staff. A big yes to the best western from me.

The Hotel is filled with an unbearable foul smell. The room phones don't function and in general the property is quite old.

Hotel closed

When I reached there the hotel was closed till further notice, and I was shocked to hear this. However on request to a staff present there I was taken to their another Hollyday Inn hotel at Heathrow London Airport area where I checked in later

Nice and clean hotel- heading into central London through Hayes and Harlington is easy, just under 40 mins to London Paddington.

Hotel near Heathrow Airport

We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm and the check in staff was very helpful assisting me on check in through a machine. The room initially assigned to me was very small size so I requested for a change to a larger room which the check in staff immediately worked on it to get me a better and larger size room. I requested him for an airport drop the next morning at 6:30 am and the taxi arrived on time. The room was ok and the dinner we had was also good.

Comfortable rooms with easy access to heath row. You can avail affordable cabs or hotel hoppa shuttle to reach the airport. The food is expensive and average in taste. Breakfast spread is good and is value for money if included in your stay package.

Very short stay overnight. Good option to travel to and from airport is the hotel drop buses for different hotels. Very convenient but service was inattentive. Wash basin was not draining properly.
