    Facilities could have been better

    Location mentioned on the travel sites are absolutely rubbish. It says a few minutes walk from east putney station, but we walked 40 mins in rain to get to the hotel. Breakfast is same on all days, not a single variation. The spread could have been better. The toilet and bath area doesn't have any partitions. The water from bath area wets the entire bathroom.

    Location perfect easily accessible, food non-veg awesome but veg no variety, amenities excellent, service was also great. Note- first aid kit not proper as my wife leg got twisted and the spray/ ointments were not available. We as indian like to drink water frequently and we’re not provided in room services need to provide as required.

    The hotel is as good for the Holiday Inn name as of all others. However the location from city point of view is bit far off. Across the river and with lot of time needed to come and go back. The choice can be good if you have some work around the area. During breakfast time, lot of rush which needs quick refill of items but it takes a long.
