    It was a good hotel but they do not have lift so you need to do a lot of up and down to till 3rd floor or 2nd floor. They do not have rooms on ground floor. Breakfast has limited options. Single room is so small. No ac but there is a table fan and heater available. Washroom and bathing area is small. Sometimes porter is not available so i carried my own luggage till 3rd floor and stair area is to small only one person can go at 1 time

    Location of the hotel is really good and convenient for all destinations. Elevator facility definitely required for 3rd and 4th floors. For breakfast same menu served all the days, needs some changes.

    Good, clean hotel with very convenient location to two tube stations. Rooms and shower area are clean and big enough. Good efficient ever helping staff. The only problem hotel does not have lift, although they offered us room on ground floor, but we preferred 2 nd floor.
