Location was nice surrounded by greenery, near to metro station, easy access to central london. Shower pressure was very low which could be fixed.

Service was really very poor at novotel london west. The room was also not being cleaned even after reminders. Washroom toilet seats were as it is even after we were told it’s done. Dirty crockery, cup saucers were neither removed from room and neither replaced ! we had a hard time even fethching a cup of coffee or green tea for ourselves as there were no glasses and cup saucers. Had to repeatedly ask fr them. Fresh ones were not kept even in 3 days time. Overall an unpleasant stay it was.

Ac was not working properly wifi is very bad. View was bad. Our room was far from the elevators which had to walk alot

Congested rooms poor ventilation food was good. n the hotel walking distance from Hammersmith tube station. poor room service

The amendments and changes to your booking are not upto the mark. They don’t help you on your celebration days. Neither they make your stay special. Very low novotel standards. Would never visit novotel property in london west. Even they don’t give water to your room. That’s the poorest thing ever seen. I think post brexit. It’s getting worst in uk

Centrally located easy access

Nice stay. I was concerned before reaching to novotel but my experience is just opposite. Lovely helping staffs. Great breakfast. Check in and check out absolutely smooth. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very cooperative, but ac not working that goes for all Novotel Htls specially in Budapest City Novotel ac not working at all. Duty manager was kind enough to give us a late check out (Novotel London West), highly appreciate this

Need to Improve room service. Must add spa, steam and suns rooms, to the gym. Must provide fresh water bottles every day. The decoration is good. Rooms are of decent size. The check in and check out is well taken care.
Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast is really good. Quite close to hammersmith station makes is quite convenient for commuting to London city.
Service is little slow and need to be improved. Help desk person was not available for quite sometime when we needed.
