Stayed at the property for 6 nights, the room was very small and the breakfast too was very basic. Will recommend only for short stay a day or so. But connectivity is very good very near to district line BAYSWATER tube Station. All the places are within 20 minutes away with the tube.

Not at all satisfied with the services and highly disappointing facilities. Poor room space. Smaller washrooms. Poor hygiene. Provide rooms in basement. No WiFi connectivity in rooms. All together a bad experience of stay here.

Good stay

It was a decent stay, the hotel has all the facilities one should have. 8 minute walk to the nearest tube, there is a little bit of shopping of you walk towards the tube station. The room is a bit small, but is fine for use, breakfast is good. All in all, a decent stay.

Small room and well behaved staff

The rooms are very small and hardly any space to move around. There no AC and booking websites did not mention about it. Bathing chamber is very small. The WiFi is available only in reception area which is very inconvenient. It is simply waste of money. The front desk persons were well behaved.

Hotel staff was good with service and behaviour. Room was also good with attached Bath. Hotel was maintained and cleaned. According to the tariff room was good. Its difficult to get room in such a tariff in a good location.

Nice budget hotel in London in very quiet neighborhood. Metro station Bayswater is only 5 minutes by walking. Room was clean, with clean bed linen, there were TV and coffee or tea maker in the room and quite large bathroom. Only problem was WiFi, because it is only in the lobby and in the evening lots of people are using it and it is very slow. But in the morning WiFi was okay!
