The hotel is at a very prime location just next to prim-ark and selfridges, it is an old but well maintained property. Like the gesture of giving complimentary mini bar.

Location - excellent. Close to several places we needed to visit
cleanliness- very good
breakfast- good
staff - courteou
room size - spacious the only hiccup was that we asked for a dental kit. It took two reminders and an hour to get it

Excellent location stuff are friendly but the price is somewhat exaggerated communication with the hotel was not good. When i sent an email that i wanted to change some things in the reservation, the response arrived late

Lovely hotel location at oxford street surrounded by shopping and nice rooms with good staff. Lounge access room is nice. Would love to come back soon

Stay was good. Toilets are small rooms are ok and spacious. I was unable to get early check. Hotel is full of muslim people. U will feel like u are in dubai or muscat not in uk

We stayed for a weekend with two kids on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed earlier. But we had a terrible experience, rooms were either dysfunctional or with terrible views, front staff was unfriendly. You drop out on Oxford street but the hotel has too many rooms and too little service.
