I forgot my coat when checking out and the hotel arranged for it to be posted out to me.
Very good EXCEPT rooms are by the bins and I was woken at 5.45am by a glass bottle bin being emptied. Not appreciated!
Only stayed one night, the breakfast was excellent
The room was a bit small.The comforter on the bed was too thick - woke up sweating even with AC running. There should be a lighter blanket for those who wish to remain a little cooler and not want to run the AC while they sleep. Other than that, the service and food were great!

Very impressed with the room, very homely. The pub and restaurant also lovely to be in unfortunately we chose not to have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast was perfectly cooked and tasty 10/10
Really nice but not restful
It's a really nice hotel, pub and restaurant. The staff are great - very friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and in very good condition. Extremely dog friendly - and has been designed to be dog friendly, so hard floors making the room easy to clean after a dog.
Now, the one bad point. You're living in a pub, so it's not going to be restful. The pub is open to 11, so there's noise and then a lot of light (the blinds in the rooms don't cut the mustard) until midnight or so. Then the bin truck arrives at 7 for last night's empties - or the delivery lorry for the next night.

We arrived on an extremely busy summers evening and, as onsite parking is quite limited, we had to park on a nearby road, but easily found a space, so that wasn't an issue. Would happily return if in the area again.
Lovely stay with a very helpful staff, and a cracking breakfast!
2 Nights in Jose Pizarro The Swan Inn
We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Swan Inn. The staff were welcoming, friendly and provided great customer service. The restaurant presented a typically Spanish vibe with excellent choice of food and wines. The accomodation was clean fresh bright and airy. The bed was comfortable and the facilities good. A great place to stay.
We were so lucky to find this accommodation, on arrival shown by Hugh to a very nice room with a lovely en suite.
Ate in the restaurant, fantastic vibe in the place with the football on, problem with my order but Hugh sorted it out.
In the morning came down for breakfast and what a surprise - I think its one of the best I've ever had in a B&B.
Room spotless second morning had the vegetarian breakfast and once more exceptional, the poached eggs to die for😊. If we ever came to that area again would only stay at The Swan.
Amazing stay, it was clean and quite. The staff were great and the breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Would highly recommend.
Lovely stay. My daughter and I stayed after a day in Chessington.
The room was small but perfect in a block next to the pub, so quiet and air conditioning was a god send as the outside heat was 35 degrees! Very clean room and fresh milk for teas.
Breakfast was amazing and the food for evening meals in the pub was out of this world! Definitely recommended!
gillf.partnerFeb 03, 2020 A lovely gastro pub serving Spanish tapas with comfortable modern bedrooms - beautifully finished, only point to note is that the rooms are very compact but perfect for just one or two nights. The staff were superb - so friendly and helpful and obviously had a passion for food. We will be back!
