The hotel is around 20 min walk from the centre of Arundel, in a service area. My room was large and quiet and in good condition.

We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was a very busy road, mostly uphill. But the hotel itself was nice.
Very welcoming male receptionist nothing was to much trouble for him , very nice room , comfortable bed , clean accommodation, lovely breakfast , all at a very competitive price, will definitely book again when visiting relatives at Bogna Regis. Thank you .

Easy to reach from main road. Great location - few minutes from Arundel and Littlehampton. All staff were really pleasant and helpful. All needs were preempted. Perfect stay.
Good breakfast and very clean
This is a siole place to sleep only. A plce to come back to after visiting the area. Not a resort. Only sleeping accommodations. Unfortunately, some people treat it as a party place and stay up talking loudly, laughing, drinking way after 1:00 am. You can hear everything and hou will not be able to sleep.

Great as simply a bed for the night. Mattress rather noisy and no air con although plug in fan was very efficient. Good breakfast for the money. No lift.
Breakfast was limited choice & not very well cooked. Soggy Hash browns were not nice.
The room was spacious and clean, although the decorations were somewhat dated.
The worst point was the HUGE MACDONALDS next door, with thousands of people queueing to get their fix of fast food.
Need refurbish and deep cleaning
Hotel is in poor conditions. it looks old and much worn.
major issue is cleanliness; it needs a big improvement.
pillow covers with stains, towels replaced daily but sometimes they are stained.
I will not come back
Location is good , as it’s nearby where I need to get too.
Can be noisy if guests are sitting outside late at night, also was woken early 4.23am by what I thought was dustcart collection.

Even though the room was clean, the shower curtain had a lot of mold on it and needed to be replaced. The bathroom really needed an update/renovation.
An elevator/lift is needed at this location.
Only an overnight stay but have stayed here many times and will be going back soon
Rooms clean but looking tired. Toilet could have been better descaled. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Good for the price.
