I didn’t get to experience the property b/c they canceled my reservation with you (Expedia) and you didn’t let me know ahead of time. I arrived to check in only to find it was canceled. I will NEVER be using Expedia again - and - I will share my experience with others who are looking to book travel.
What a dump. The furniture was dinged up, the shower curtain was broken, the outlet next to the beds didn't work, no smart TVs, and there was a super noisy AC system that wasn't for our room which ran through the wall in our room. It turned off and on all night long and was extremely loud! What a nightmare.
Stay at this hotel when I visit the area. Very consistent positive experience so we keep coming back.
The property was fine. Rather old and in need of updates. The furniture was dingy and not very comfortable. The beds were just OK. Overall, it was fine, but I thought it was on the expensive side for what you got.
Room condition and front desk staff
Room was old and ok condition. Friendliness of the front desk staffs was not to my expectation. The snacks and water sells at front desk were so expensive.
