We stopped her for one night on our cross country trip. It was very nice and the price was fair. We had a kitchen and living room and that worked out great for us because we had leftovers from the night before so we didn’t have to go out for supper. Breakfast was included so we got back on the road early. Delightful.
I've stayed here a few times now when passing through Albuquerque. A few things have been consistently good: the staff is great, the rooms are large and clean, the location is convenient, and having a fireplace is nice. The downsides are that the location is quite noisy outside and can be noisy inside if the upstairs guests are heavy-footed. Also, the water pressure in the showers is almost too strong and even makes the hot water run out faster (the faucet handles can't adjust pressure, only temperature.) This latest visit the hot water was basically gone in building 10 at 6 pm. The electric outlet at bathroom sink was non-functional (the breaker was not tripped.) The location doesn't feel blatantly unsafe to me personally but I could see some people not preferring it. That said, this property remains high on my list for short visits (1-3 days) but would look for something a little quieter and with more walkable food options if I was staying longer.
Our room was not well maintained. One of two stove top burners worked. The vent hood did not work at all. There was no WiFi for three of the four nights we were there.
shanita.family_with_childrenDec 02, 2024 2.0Stayed at a room downstairs. The walls seem thin. Could literally hear people next door laughing and partying til 1am. Heard gun shots early morning at 5am. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. The only thing i would positively say about this place was breakfast and the gentleman who cooked and greeted us as we came and left. Wouldnt come back to stay here. Also they charge a $5 parking fee. Which didn't see any security of any sort just cameras.
esmeralda.partnerNov 30, 2024 4.0We got a free upgrade because they overbooked our king size bed room, which was nice. Though we weren't aware that we had to pay for parking, just $5. Apparently the area needs security guards monitoring the parking lot. That didn't make us feel very safe.
Excellent location and the staff very helpful
Amazing staying, we love the clean and spacious of our room
Comfy and cozy room that was very spacious and clean! I had a wonderful night's sleep.
This hotel is in a sketchy, dark area. Felt very unsafe. The entire place REEKED of weed. People were smoking in their rooms and it was coming into our room through the vents. Additionally, after staying here I have multiple random, unexplained charges on my credit card from the hotel. Still trying to get those resolved.
It was a good place to stay.
bruce.partnerNov 20, 2024 4.0Our suite was quite spacious and functional. The biggest drawback of our suite was that it was directly on Interstate 40 thus quite noisy. We checked in late and I didn't have the energy to request a room change but I should have. The parking lot did not contain many other vehicles so I would have to assume the occupancy rate was quite low. In hindsight I am surprised we would be assigned the suite we were given.
Great facility and friendly service.
The room I stayed in had a full kitchen. The pool was open but the hot tub was empty:) I stayed 5 days and was very comfortable.
Lot of room for low price
Nice clean and convenient.
A large room with full kitchen was great.
We drove in from Joplin. It worked out great. Got to eat a light dinner, take a bath and slept well. Would love to stay woth the grandkids.
