The excellent location comfortable stay cleanliness and hygiene is good. The lakeview room is the best one.

Comfortable stay at hotel congress plaza

The stay was comfortable at this historic property. The room was kept clean. It was a hussle free check in and check out. However, the hotel deducted $ 125 as security which is yet to be refunded. Normally, hotels do not deduct but just take the details of the card and deduct if required.

Our stay at the congress plaza hotel was very comfortable. Good room, good service. Its convenient location, right in the downtown with bus stops infront of the hotels and trains closeby made our travel in the city very easy. Loved the experience.

Amenities was good especially internet
I was surprised elevators wer as fast as they were considering the hotel was built for the world’s fair pre 1900
Services were top tier…cudos to the hotel. It’s a great value for the price. I will be back. Great access to EL for Cub’s games. I was here for business but will return for at least 1 Cub’s game.

This hotel is located at heart of city, downtown, very good commute from here, i was able to manage the office & client visit commute very well. Service : good up to the mark
food : tried the rafael restaurant which is at the ground floor, food quality is good. Safety : safe place to stay. Near by : grant park + mellenuim park.

There was a long line for check-in and it took a bit of time. Room was pretty small as well. Location of the hotel is amazing. It's in the heart of the city and all the sky scrappers are close to it.

Very nice Hotel I hart of the City and close to top tourist attractions like millennium Park, Grand canal, fountain, also have easy excess to public transportation. Nice stay.

The stay was nice. Mostly places are near by. Room size is very small. But it's in prime location.
