frances.familyOct 31, 2024 I was impressed with this place, I expected less. I only gave a lower grade due to the following. First thing in the room some lights were strobing they were fixed, next thing the tv remote did not work, was replaced, when I went to take a shower, the water no matter how low I turned it down it was extremely hot, I could not shower, then I went to fix my nightly popcorn the microwave did not work. We moved to another room the next day. all was fine until went started packing for home, my big canvas bag that I used as a suitcase was missing. It was probably left in the first room, no one had that room before we left, so I can only believe it was kept by someone employed there. It was a $40 bag that is no longer available and cannot be replaced, I had only used it twice.
The room was missing drawers too the dressers, the bathroom door stuck, and was broken. The room smelled of mold and mildew until the air conditioning was turned on the remote did not work for the TVs had to be moved to another room. There was dust and mold on the ceiling as well as the air conditioning unit.
The location was good but for the price the property was in need of serious renovations
Very good all round property but the continental breakfast left much to be desired.
It wasnt horrible, but it seemed old and shabby. The bathroom has seen better days.

It had one of the best showers I've eve had. Great water pressure. Was clean, convienient, great customer service. Will be back!
We went to our first room and the light in the bathroom wouldn’t turn on. I called down to the front desk and they told us they’d switch us. We walked back down two flights, got a key, walked up three flights, and went to our new room. It was filthy. The tub hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor and a penny by the bed, which definitely made it seem like they hadn’t cleaned the floors. The ceiling had black all over it. I don’t know if it was mold or dust. The elevator didn’t work. I went down at 8:40 for the 6-9 breakfast. There was no coffee. I will never stay there again and recommend you stay away too.
The hall way was hot and smelled strongly of marijuana, my room reeked of stale cigarettes, the hair dryer in bathroom did not work, the clock radio did not work, the whole place had a rundown appearance. I expected better for what the room cost.
alicia.familyJul 04, 2024 Rude front staff personnel, came in at 10:50pm to check in and it took 20 minutes just to get someone to check us in. No one would answer front phone the reservation was already there. Woman acted as if I inconvenienced her by making her get up and do her job.
I found the property to be dark and dingy. The staff lacked enthusiasm. The ceiling must have been made of plywood as every step and drop of an item was loudly heard.

Nicely located with many things close by for travelers that don’t want to drive too much on a single night stay. Comfortable parking and many places to go eat or to order

The only negative is that we noticed a little bit of mold around the shower.
What really made our experience top notch was Amy, she was so understanding and full of joy. She really seems to enjoy her work and made things easy on us.
marshall.partnerMar 30, 2024 Cockroaches in the rooom, the sheets had stains, air conditioner was acting weird. We tried to call the front desk and couldn't reach anyone to assist us. It was late so just went to sleep but i was really let down. I could've paid alot less for the quality of the room i received
keturah.partnerMar 21, 2024 I would NEVER stay at this place again! They had several roaches in this one room! I was afraid to put my belongings down, I didn’t want to sit on the bed. The room smelled like smoke, when it’s a non smoking property. We had to wait at least 15 mins before someone came out the back to check us in after using their phone to call them. The absolute worst experience EVER!! Rated -0 out of 10!
Avoid like the plague!! the night staff was very friendly. that being said they were not trained properly and it took an hour to be checked in for a room already paid for.Roaches in the room black mold in the bathroom. Then no breakfast at all!! no drinks no coffee not even bread. when I asked the morning clerk she said guess no breakfast today. Side note ordered from dominoes and was no showed. Night clerk informed me that after 10 they usually wont deliver to the property! Stay away from this location Worst experience I have ever had especially from a Wyndham property I would expect a much higher level of quality control. will not be staying at this property ever again. You have been warned!!!
The roach motel from hell. Residents talking and yelling loud in the hallway half the night. Next door room played loud music till 3:30 AM. Called front desk for an hour, no response. Rear entrance doos not secured at night. Trash from previous resident found beside bed. Informed Office of discourtesy residents upon check out. Was told I should have come down to the office and complained. Big sign at window that said fail “0” for office. Just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Saw the Wyndham and relied on the reputation. Big mistake on my part. Do not recommend this place for anything.
