shayon.friendsOct 10, 2024 At check out when I requested to have my bill emailed I was told since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t send it to me. Never heard this before and we have travelled and booked with Expdia across the world in Europe, Asia, etc.
To date I haven’t seen a bill. How do I get my bill for the stay?

gerald.familySep 24, 2024 Check in clerk was very unfriendly. Bartender was very unfriendly, will not stay in this hotel again. No coffee after 9;30 am. Drove up here from southwestern Wisconsin for a wedding,this was the only unfriendly place we encountered.
We had a great stay at this property. We have been here before and will be back. Beds are comfy, and rooms are clean. Front-desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Pillows could be better - too flat, and not enough (only 3 for 2 people on a king). Pool is clean, big and not too much chlorine like many hotel pools. Nice restaurant. We like it is close to Original Pancake House! Thank you.
lauren.partnerSep 20, 2024 Had a nice little kitchen that provided a small menu for the dining area. Small bar area and an outside area for sitting and eating. It was close to the venue that we came for but it is far from shopping districts if that is what you are looking for,
We were pretty happy with the hotel, but not afterward when my wife forgot something in the room and tried to get it back. (She left a pajama top under a pillow.) I called a couple of times, and everyone dodged being helpful. I would've been happy to pay for the delivery.
Our view was pathetic. An inside wall. Could see the workout room below.
monica.partnerSep 07, 2024 This was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff at desk and bar/grill were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but early in the morning plaster fell off the ceiling due to what seemed to be a leak. I reported it to front desk and she was very nice about it.
Loved the Lobby Offerings! Staff was Very accommodating and lovely!

I often stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel, since I used to work for one years back and know how they operate. We always have a clean, comfy room and service is typically good. We had breakfast vouchers this time, and that was decent as well. Enjoyed the French toast. Will stay again, whether at this location or another Hilton property.

I’m really disappointed that I did not receive any Hilton Honors points. The Front desk, staff was not friendly and seemed very annoyed with our presence.
