The room was not clean particularly the bathroom. Even the room was not clean everyday and it was difficult to raise request

The location is quite near the strip but the hotel has very crowded checkin counter so better prefer checking in through the app also they don’t give you water bottles or any coffee machines as well in the basic rooms the carpet was smelly in the lobby and very dark

Good room and nice casino. But very basic microwave facilities is not there. Check in process is time consuming if you follow traditional hotel lobby process at least 30 min+ wait time. If you are digital check in via app. Then its faster. Self parking is at hotel back and need to be searched independently. And searching room in massive buildings may also take time. Everything is chargeable. Parking and resort fees extra which are not part of basic booking charges.

All were good but mineral water and hot cattle and tea were not in the room
I was charged $150 extra as security, despite making 100% payment before checkin. But was not returned the same at checkout. I was told that it will be deposited back in my prepaid $ card within a month. This money cant be used by me in my trip as my trip ends in 10 days.

Charging resort fee that is not disclosed at the time of booking not even at the time of check-in. I learnt it at the time of check out that this is charged to my credit card directly on per day basis.

All good enough, but location of hotel is good and all stuff in hotel is expensive. No water provide in room that's very strange, no restaurant near hotel.

On check-in they gave a very ordinary and shabby room in 16th floor but I refused to take that. Then they changed to the better, cleaner and spacious room. Luxury tax over and above paid terrify was almost equal to room rent which was annoying.
