I loved my stay. Free parking, beautiful city and bay views, friendly staff, private, lovely pool/hot tub area, well equipped gym, and I felt safe and welcomed. Definitely will stay here again.
My impression of this property is mixed. While some parts have good views, my room had a tiny balcony that could only hold one chair and was somewhat obscured - as if they were mocking some customers. The pool deck is nice and has a hot tub, although with limited hours. They have a gym and deck area with a view. They restaurant charges more than they stated but is OK for what it is. You will have to hunt a bit for a parking space and wait a bit for elevators, but that is not the end of the world. Part of the building is condos.
Some positives are large rooms, a kitchen area, and it is quiet. It is near a marina, some good restaurants, some roads, and not too far from gardens south of the city. It is a bit far from some beaches and Miami traffic can vary. Depending on your needs or room this place may be OK.
I loved the views, cleanliness of the facility, and the pool. 24 hour fitness center is great.

First time staying here and I loved it!
Great location and very nice people at the front desk. Unfortunately, the hotel is going through renovations with lots of noise and construction workers. I would not have stayed there if I’d known all the construction was going on.
Bad service, outdated and out of touch.
Hotel is dated and under remodel. Manager on site was missing and could not resolve an issue with my booking. I booked two rooms in one reservation and they could not find the second room. When I asked for a late checkout at 5am they said I would have to call after 7am to do so. I said that I was early for the 7am. No need to go to sleep for 2 hours to then wake up to ask if I can check out after 11am. So frustrated I went back to my room packed and just went home. I paid $200 to be able to take a shower at this hotel.

There were bed bugs in the room, my friend went to the doctor and they diagnosed bed bug bites. They are all over her body, not clear and definitely unsanitary.
