thomas.partnerNov 19, 2024 Our reservation was made in July, the property has new owners as of September. Upon arrival at check in we were told of “new rates” which were $300 higher. They tried this with several guests with NO communication prior to arrival. After plenty of protesting, they finally honored the reservation price. Never experienced anything like this before.
brian.partnerNov 11, 2024 Our TV did not work, the door did not lock. I also got downgraded from a suite at the hotel I had a reservation for, to a much smaller room. I also still had to pay $150 for incidental and $100 for parking
The room was falsely advertised online. After we paid for our room we were told it was a shared living space (never advised as this). The door to our shared living space would not lock and the space could be accessed by anyone off the street. We were told we would receive a refund and we never did.
Didn’t expect a window unit for an AC. Also, there was construction going on a floor above us - not very relaxing. Lastly, the shower was very odd. It was in the room not the bathroom. This was not what we expected.
When me and my wife arrived I was informed that I didn’t have a reservation and had to go search for another hotel which cost me more money and time for a smaller room…very disappointed
No refrigerator or microwave in room no face cloths
Have a bar which wasn’t open. Rooms way too small bed is three feet from shower
A very unique and cool building not far from everything you could want to see in the French quarter. The neighborhood felt very safe and all the staff were attentive and kind. I would stay here again if I ever come back to NOLA.
kathy d.familySep 30, 2024 I was charged $69 for breakfast that they didn't have and they haven't refunded me yet. I stayed there two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that refund plus a $100 deposit. The bar was never open in the three days I stayed there. Their excuse was short staff. The Internet was terrible.
They were really inconvenient in almost everything. My room was outside the main hotel area. The elevator where my room was located did not work so I had to carry my things myself. I asked multiple times for the receipts for my hotel and they NEVER provided it. The breakfast was not always available bc the chef that cooked it wasn’t always there. They had some leaks and other infrastructure issues that cause it to feel like you were walking on damp floors. My room wastturned over properly and I had to walk to the main building to get blankets that should have been in my room. As well as there were no ice buckets, no mini fridge and no microwave all amenities I thought would be inside my room. Apparently it’s only in some rooms not all. I was very disappointed by the in person experience verse what I thought I was booking.
Our TV didn’t work in our first room and there was no remote, they were quick to switch us rooms, however there was no cable for the TV in our new room.
None of the rooms have microwaves or mini fridges, I had to put my insulin for my diabetes on ice.
The rooftop bar was closed and so was the one downstairs both days we were there.
No parking for the hotel, had to pay $25 for overnight parking in a nearby garage.
Safe. Clean. Perfect location. Quiet. Classic and beautiful . The most beautiful hotel i have stayed in. Very pleased

This hotel was beautiful outside and in. I’m so sad I can’t remember the guys name that helped us at check in but he was so nice! Gave us the best recommendations for food. The suite was very nice as well! The only thing was the TV didn’t work but it was okay because we didn’t stay in the room much! I’ll definitely be staying here again again in the future
It was not good at all and actually never got the opportunity to stay. On our day of arrival, while still at the airport the hotel took the money for our stay. We called from the airport to see if our room was available at 10am for an early check in. They said no we had to wait for the 3 pm check in that our room was not ready. Once we arrived at the establishment at 345pm we were told the room was not ready and to wait. We waited until 6pm when asked were told our room did not have power since that morning and we were awaiting power restoration but in the interim they had another room available if we wanted. It was a shared apartment consisting of about 3 bedroom and all customers would share a common bathroom. We declined as the "room" was nasty and we did not feel comfortable sleeping and sharing with people we did not know.The manager Jordan was very unprofessional and was not accommodating despite the various mistakes on part of the hotel. He proceeded to correspond to me through text because he was not there in person.it was a very bad experience that about 5 other customers had with us during their busy Essence Festival weekend. We had to find another hotel and pay additional money as most hotels were booked or marked up on price. No refund or accomarions were given or received, they wanted to offer us a comp to come and stay "again" .
We loved the boutique hotel.

ethan.partnerJun 06, 2024 Super clean, super laid back, easy check in and out. The staff was super helpful and great. Only thing I do have to say was parking was a little weird, it’s quite pricey, rooms were smaller than expected but super clean and cozy, and the initial deposit put on your card is weird. But I would 10/10 stay again and enjoy it!
