    Location 10/10 room size 1/10 amenities 4/10 room service 3/10 definitely didn't feel like a five star. Rooms were really small, although tastefully decorated. To be fair, room sizes were mentioned while booking, but we didn't expect it to translate to this small size. Compared to other 5 star properties in similar budgets, was left a little disappointed. Room service method was a little cumbersome with scanning and paying online, not being able to charge to room. There was also construction noises coming throughout the day, without any prior intimation of construction works to the guests. We were offered an upgrade to separate floor to king size room, however, please note that the king and queen room size is the same, only the bed size changes. In fact, there's lesser room to move around in the king size as the bed takes up more space.
