They didn’t provide us the shower gel, at least a single water bottle. Also receptionist was rude.

Terrible experience / waste of money

While booking i was told parking is included but i paid 90$ / day. My valet parking made me wait for 1. 5 hours and due to which i missed my cruising schedule and that led me to miss my destination. I’m total i incurred more than 500$ loss because of all the things happened to me.

Great location. Very professional staff. Very efficient check in and check out. Clean rooms and, for new yor, pretty large rooms. We were three in a room and it was super comfortable. The staff were quick to respond (putting in an extra bed, changing tv remote etc) the one negative is charging a "destination" fee at the time of check in. While it can be adjusted against the hotel's market/cafe, it would've been good to factor that in before hand. Would recommend for families as long as you can deal with living near grand central!

It was pretty good. Hotel architecture was good. However, some basic amenities such as water and bathroom slippers were not provided. Some of the hotel staff was very nice but some were pretty unresponsive.

Location is extremely good. They've maintained it clean as well. But it's not so safe for solo travelers. It was st patrick's night and few people were shouting and disturbed everyone on the floor. Later around 1am someone tried opening my door and i couldn't sleep after that throughout the night. It's an awful experience especially when you're staying alone so late in the night. I wish someone had taken some action, but nothing happened so i didn't complain more. Location: 4/5 cleanliness: 3. 5/5 safety: -100/5 i would say you can get better deals in decent locations where they provide amenities like drinking water and plates/spoons delivered to room if you want to eat something. There are literally no amenities here

Its horrible place not worth that price. Room was stinking. When i asked for cleaning they gave reasons that housekeeping is busy and when i threatened to put it up on social media. They send somone to clean. There was proper communication from hotel staff. I had to checkout day in advance as there was emergency they refuse to refund one night charges

Huge hotel, located in the heart of city, well connected. Rooms clean n tidy and well equipped. Staff very courteous n helpful.

Our saty in hyatt was great. Due to its prime location we could see all places of new york. Time square - the most happening place is just a walking distance from the hotel. All branded showrooms are also nearby.

The hotel being located at grand central provides for easy connectivity across the city. Hotel facilities were also fine. Water in the rooms could have helped.

Excellent overall. Well located and clean. The gym was great. The staff was courteous. The location was slight in the middle of the city everything at a walking distance. The check-in and check-out was swift and easy. The rooms were small but good enough as per Manhattan standards. My wife and I loved the stay. I would recommend this hotel to everybody who comes to Manhattan. It's worth every penny and has a great vibe to it. The heating and air conditioning is perfect. Cannot ask for more with this price.

Good room and ambience. Also clean toilet and bedding. Quiet stay in busy NY! Good market facility inside the hotel. Although you get to hear various noises in hotels in NY but this was quiet. Iron table available which was nice.

A great hotel near all the attractions. Awesome big & comfortable rooms. The only thing that needs attention is house keeping that is really slow. Ms.Coulette at the guest relations desk was especially very nice & courteous. Staff like her make the hotel proud.
