The location of the hotel was excellent but the room was small and old. Rest all was good. The staff and reception were helpful.

Stay at this hotel only if this is the last option and you still want to be at a central location. Ancient property with third class amenities. Old property with old elevators. Its an expensive accommodation for small rooms. Rooms lacking basic amenities like tea/coffee maker and not even a small bottle of water provided adds to the inconvenience. The rooms, despite being small, come with a steep price tag. Additionally, the hotel imposes steep charges for services such as storing luggage by concierge $5 per bag) and late check-outs $25 per hour. On a positive note, the staff's service is satisfactory. Overall a pathetic experience.

No water no cattle no microwave restaurant attached with hotel was though serving tea and coffee, the staff prompts to bye it from starbucks counter within lobby at higher rate

The stay was excellent suggest all the travelers to nyc for its proximity to times square the midtown vibe you will surely enjoy not to forget the hotel staff specifically mohammed it was nice of him upgrade us to good suite room stay i would suggest

Very unclean room and no proper management at hotel and rooms are so messy as they charged me hugely and no facilities at all and still they charged me for facilities. Very unsatisfactory stay here and pathetic rooms and services.

Hotel location was good. However rooms were very small and bathroom amenities were in A run down state. Basic room amenities like electric kettle, mini fridge etc were not provided. For The cost of The room, these amenities are expected as standard

Room was average. Front desk staff was helpful and the location was very good. Just few steps to Pen station.
