bryce.partnerDec 08, 2024 This place is not full of homeless near the hotel but still a few wanderers. The hotel is small but tidy. The lobby doesnt display a lavish design but it works. There are a few marks along the hallway leading to the rooms on the second floor. Even though i got a non-smoking room there was still a strong aroma of weed in the air. The bed and pillows were good quality along with the spread. It is nice and quiet even though it's right beside the interstate. No streaming services for the TV but the selection isn't bad.
The hotel is nice, room is clean and I was satisfied with the check in process. I gave area around the property a bad mark because it looks unsafe, i wouldn't want to walk from here to the convenience store a block away due to shady looking people hanging around
I booked this hotel with Hotels.com. I checked in and they said they had to take a $50 deposit on my CC that would be refunded after checkout. Standard operating procedure. EXCEPT... instead of refunding it to my credit card, the sent it back to Hotels.com. Now I'm still trying to get my $50 back. Besides... way overpriced for what it was. Room was ok the the rest of the hotel is really beat up.

I enjoyed my stay, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, & the variety of breakfast items was very good.
Ac did not work well , limited dining extra fee charged

philip j.familyNov 27, 2024 Some staff were friendly, some were not. Everything is old and barely functional. Staff has no laundry detergent and are unable to give you change for vending machines or laundry, no pack n plays were available even though I requested one in advance, lots of weird guys hang out in the parking lot at night and in the morning it did not feel safe People amoke in the rooms also. There was a lot of smoke in our bathroom. Breakfast is bare minimum at best and I could not eat it. Bed had blood stains all over the sheets. Plenty of signs referring to the pandemic still up too. I wouldnt stay here again.

maejean.familyNov 26, 2024 Employees were courteous and helpful, but the building is old and the carpets are filthy. My little white dog was black after 2 days. When I bathed her, I had to shampoo her 3 times. They did have clean towels.
Comfortable stay. Updated and roomy shower, nice water pressure and hot water right away. Friendly staff.
My stay was ok. I asked for an upper floor room but they didnt have any.

Decent place to stay. Breakfast and coffee are good enough. I can’t complain of anything. Quite decent place to be.
I reserved an accessible roll-in shower due to my medical condition and instability in trying to enter a shower/tub combination, which cost extra. Once I got to the room, not only was it a shower/tub combo, the tub wall was higher than a normal hotel bathroom. Then I decided to go into the Jacuzzi too soak my feet, when turned the hearing timer on, it never got hot. Looking over the pony wall, the two heaters never turn on.
Staff was rude. Tried getting a late check out. Because I worked all night. Couldn't find hotel phone number anywhere. And asked when I got there. For a late check out. They gave me 30 minutes. Tried taking a shower. Only for staff to interrupt shower 4 times.
