Be careful with refunds

The owner/manager Mr. Patel promised me a refund (for a shortened stay which he agreed to) twice which I never received. At night he told me he has done it, in the morning he again told me the same thing and that time he actually seemed to process it. I repeatedly asked him that since my booking was through MakeMyTrip how will I get it, but he did not give a clear answer. He ensured me that I will receive the refund in few days which I did not. He does not share his email address. Their HQ choice hotels did not help either. MakeMyTrip team claims to have written them several emails but haven't received any response. Hotel is good enough, rooms are spacious, but be careful while dealing with them.
