donna.partnerOct 20, 2024 not only were, we greeted by four police officers every unit we walked by out the air conditioner was the smell of urine there are people living there full-time. The carpet probably hadn’t been cleaned for over 50 years. The smell of mould cannot believe that the government and that Expedia lets that happen that was terrible. Worst experience my 51 years of life. The nice thing was the men at the front desk. They were actually very kind and nice people, but the place was disgusting. I don’t even think a cold dog would want to sleep in there, but unfortunately, we had nowhere else to go because everywhere else was booked, but it was terrible and how they charge people to stay there beyond, it literally should be condemned. I’m from Canada if anybody ever thinks of going to that hotel motel don’t
Room #50 smelled bad, the hot water was only Luke warm noise from 172nd and I-5 was terrible and all night long. Old and run-down looking throughout.
Good stay, but will not return.
It was clean and the staff was friendly. Hotel is VERY dated, but it was spotless. Beds were comfortable. We were counting on the pullout couch since it said it slept 3, but there was no pullout couch. It was close to town and easily accessible. Outside the room did not seem like a safe environment. There were a lot of what seemed link long term occupants and cars filled with people's belongings. I would not stay here again as I felt unsafe. We did arrive after dark.
The first time I stayed there was like the picture provided
This time it was not good- The carpet was too filthy to walk on barefoot
The TV would not change to English and was just a fuzzy screen
the hot water in the shower turned cold quickly-had to adjust tap
Friendly staff good rates no ice bucket or sugar or cream for coffee

Love the staff and love this motel. Clean rooms, feel welcomed.
As a senior female traveling along I was very worried about staying there after reading some horrible reviews. I stopped in to see the manager early in the day and he assured me it was a safe place to stay. He indicated he came into the motel the previous year to clean it up and make it safe. He also said some guys he had evicted put those terrible reviews online. The hotel is old and its not the Hilton but I had a very nice room and it was spotless. Some things were missing like an ice bucket and only 1 pack of coffee for 2 night stay but the towels were very nice and the bed was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. Good value for the money.
Well really the staff is so great. They have really been working hard to maintain the property. And if you need anything very friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness is not a high priority.

Not a hotel, this place houses drug addicts. Staff is not honest. Left a rather valuable item behind accidentally in a very obvious place and they claim it was not there. Obviously pocketed by housekeeping. When I called, the owner blamed me for being foolish to leave something behind. I have accidentally left far less valuable items in hotels in the past and the property contacted me immediately. They may have a few nightly rooms, but most were housing long term tenants that were very questionable. Garbage piled outside, broken bed frames that left beds leaning over. Room was not very clean at all. Visible dirt on high touch surfaces. Stuffy and moldy smelling. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere for a place to stay.
