Horrible. This hotel has no clue how to be hospitable. My friend and I stayed here for a ski weekend. And we were in the hot tub after, and he was opening up to me about somethings he was experiencing and we lost track of time and were in after we were supposed to be out of it, and the night manager came storming out saying we had to be out asap, yelling, saying how loud we were. He picked up a shovel and threatened us. If he came out and was like, hey, its late, can you guys wrap it up, we would have. But he was so hostile, mean, and nasty. I still can't believe we were almost assulted for being in a half hour later than we were supposed too.
Everything is clean a excellent attention. 🙏
Winter Storm Stuck - Second Time Staying Here
I was stuck in a severe winter advisory and storm while vacationing in Breckenridge. I knew the roads would not be good for travel and I was fortunate to get a room at the Ramada in Frisco. I've stayed here before (several years ago) and was happy to return for an overnight. The staff was friendly, nice and happy. I was able to check-in a little early which was great! The room was clean, the bed and linens comfy and I felt safe, secure and noise was minimal. I was thrilled that coffee was supplied in the room, the wi-fi was working and the continental breakfast was yummy!

They overcharged my card. The room was not very clean and the shower backed up.
Check in was great and the conversation we had with the staff was really nice. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location can’t be beat. The only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof, so you can easily hear people next door or in the hallway. It did not really bother us because the hotel was not very busy at the time. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for it’s location, cleanliness and price.
Very friendly man when I checked in. A bonus was he showed me how to use the remote control that would be in the bedroom.most rooms on the lower floor. We use a Jacuzzi which was outside, but it was nice. Weather was great. The breakfast was very good for a small hotel. They had excellent breakfast choices.
