I recently stayed at mercure hotel and i must say, the service was very good! the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The restaurant offered some vegan food meals that made my stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out process, which was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Terrible Stay

Hotel denied check in then we call mmt support said booking cancel-led by someone agent. We shocked and after waiting at reception 3 hrs, we upset and hotel reception then agree to give us room but they charged extra amount. Rs 10000-. So we are totally unsatisfied on your services.

Stay at ban a hill

The property was excellent and very beautiful. The stay was good, however did lack prompt room service. On the buffet breakfast, the options are very limited for pure vegetarians. They should definitely look into that it was a rainy season during the time i visited, hence could not enjoy the stay completely. Hopefully will visit next time!

Check in and checkout takes more than an hour. Rooms are small for the money they charge. Staff is rude. Since they have a monopoly in bana hills, services are bad. There is no staff to explain which room is located in which hotel. There is a big queue to check in and check out. Zero hospitality

Extremely lovely place to stay at. Very cute petite room, loved the quaint design. Amenities smelled 😍😍😍 Food options were unlimited to select from. You have vegan, vegetarian and all other kinds of options which was worth it even more

Nyc memorable stay

Hotel was good with enough space with 2 floor, seating at level 1 and sleeping at level 2. Bed was good size. Buffet breakfast was very nyc with good options even for vegetarian people.

Location was okay. But food, service, and room was below average. Despite booking suite- they did not even give sufficient water, water pressure in bathroom was so low that it was impossible to take a bath. Food was also not good. Staff was unable to speak and understand english well and it was very difficult to communicate with staff- they just could not understand anything said to them on phone.

We had a super great experience!
the staff were extremely supportive and helpful and everything that the hotel had to offer was unforgettable.
Perfect stay experience. Room was so neat and clean with all amenities. Staff were so helpful and kind. You will like living in castle and imagine yourself as king or queen. Hotel is surround by loads of french condiments and restaurants. View is amazing. Fully enjoyed here.
It was a great experience. The special entrance time for the hotel guests early in the morning is what actually completes your trip. It makes it worth the price. Beautiful property and heated pool is a benefit. Staff is really nice and cooperative

There are many advantages of staying at ban hills. 1. They have a separate check in building, so that you dont have to get in the same queue as non-resident visitors. 2. After 5:30, the crowd starts going down. Simao you get private french village experience. 3. Rides are on till 7 pm. So you get private experience there too. 3. Entire village is lit up till 11:30 at night. So stroll around and eat a delightful dinner without anyone to disturb you. 5. Only the guests get to visit the golden bridge for nearly 2 hrs before the gates open to the non-staying visitors. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are not very lavish but neat and clean. Best part is their lavish breakfast. Food choices are limitless and quality is excellent.

The hotel was luxe. Food was amazing. Best place to stay with family. Recom for stay. Include meals for ease of travelz
Grand mercure at bana hills is a must visit stay place. Feels good to roam around and have a room at french village. Food options are limited for vegetarians.
