Room is tidy and clean. Hot water available always for bath. Overall, a good stay.

The Mayflower Hotel Hanoi is well located. The staff courteous and helpful. Rooms clean well maintained. Only drawback is they charge 100000 vtd per hour for early check in or late check out.
