There was no swimming pool inside the hotel. However, while booking the hotel, i was given an option of booking a poolside view. The same was booked by me but when i got there, there was no such room. The room that i was allotted did not have a window. Breakfast options were very few and menu was repeated almost everyday. The amenities were not at par with the room booking amount.

Pictures are misleading, shabby and stinking hotel. I just checked out as soon as i checked in. Dirty elevator, bugs in the lobby.

Services of mmt are excellent. Your offers are unbeatable.
The ambience was good. Comfortable stay. The food was good too. Location is near city centre. Everything was accessible from the hotel.

Excellent hospitality and service, very clean rooms and premises. Staff behaviour is very good and very helpful and assist you for any queries. Breakfast is very good and tasty. Rooms are spacious and very clean rooms and bathrooms. Nearby to old quarter and it is in a very good location. I loved this hotel and overall good experience.

The stay here was not that good, rooms were very small including the lobby
the lobby between the rooms was too small
@breakfast the juices were finished before the time and the incharge there told it will not be filled again flow of water in shower was very slow
in addition view from rooms on back side is not very good

Good staff to welcome us, small but comfortable hotel for transit trip. Situated at a very comfortable location, can look around everything by foot. Clean and neat room, bathroom.

The hotel is located at the right place to visit each famous place in old quarters. Good place for indians to stay as it has good indian resturant nearby

We had to extend our stay from 2 days to 4 days due to flight delays. Hotel staff cooperated very well and did not charge for anything unnecessarily. Breakfast was good with some options for vegetarian food also. Located very near to old quarter in hanoi. Lot of shops nearby. Overall good and economical also.

1. In the heart is of the city the hotel is like any other hotel in hanoi but what makes it good and worth the price is the space in the room and the hospitality of the staff, you can keep your luggage and go around for your trips to nearby places even if your stay with them is over and you will find it safe the food is okay as per the standards of the city but all sorts of cuisines are available in the vicinity. The hotel is clean but the lift and lobby is small, overall you should consider it

Great location. , walkable to train street, hoan kiem lake the staff were very helpful. Good breakfast. However the room i booked with window, which was priced slightly higher than the room with no windows, was almost the same as it's a tiny window and it just overlooks the shaft. But altogether a very pleasant stay.

Decent hotel at old quater. Train street, market nearby. Gives a vive of old times yet modern. The breakfast was good and healthy. I had heavy breakfast both days since there were good options. Chicken phu was very tasty. Water pressure in washroom very low. Ac very old and cooling not upto the mark. It's a budget hotel for sure. There is very less grill protection by the stairs case. Risky for kids.

Hotel is in old quarter which is best place to stay in hanoi. Room had no view, but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and tasty
