The room was really small, didn’t had much space to move. Location was really good, night market and most of the restaurants are nearby.

Hotel rooms are good, very welcoming. Location is 1 km from city centre, but you will find everything near property. Buffet breakfast was also better than other costly hotels. A great value for money.

It was pathetic ! i am rating average just because of bell boys. Even e your conceitge was pathetic. The head staff of your kitchen was pathetic and spoke rudely with us and didn't gave us food as basic omlette.

Terrible Stay

I was denied check in on arrival. Hotel saying they are overbooked. Did not expect that on arrival late and had to look for another hotel with all the luggage. And my incident was not the only one, read more reviews for not allowing check in from different users. So something is wrong with this place. I would not recommend to anyone.

Reception did not allow for early check in. We had to wait for 4 hrs. Room was not spacious. Loneliness in the hotel compared to other hotel. Breakfast ambience is good at 9 th floor. No indian vegetarian food available. I don't recommend it for couples and families

Worst hotel of hanoi.

Hotel staff is unwelcoming and rude. They dont let you eat breakfast properly. Simple requests like bread, milk etc are declined. They constantly stare at your plates when you go for refills and even stops you when u take more than 1 of any thing. Rooms are small and old. No proper charging points. We had to use one in washroom. The hotel is at one way so no cab can be booked. From the spot.

Very rude and impolite staff at the breakfast or restaurant. Hotel is on one-way road causing problem in grab taxi. No proper charging points in room. Delayed response to all calls to reception. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Overall, i will never recommend this hotel if you are going with family.

Poor Stay

The hotel was below average. I booked the hotel on 16th december and although the check in time was 12 pm i checked quite late around 23:45 pm and yet ro my surprise the room was not ready. The hotel staffs are not skilled. Room pictures differ from reality. No indian food available as claimed. Very poorly managed property.

I booked the hotel for 3 nights but due to some problem in the hotel they shifted us to a near by hotel which was no so good so i gave good in the remarks.

Reception executive told us wait your room is not ready but after 4 hrs she told me there is water leakage in your room so we shifted to you in another hotel. Moon view hotel must says very good service and best hotel.
