Small room and set up bathroom showers beside bed 1. 5 feet distance.

The staff ensured we had a pleasant stay. Rosie, mint and chloe were super helpful, warm and welcoming. We were always greeted with a pleasant smile! the restaurant was also great and the staff took care of our meal as per the needs. Would highly recommend this place.

Deluxe room size less than 200 sq ft

Had booked Deluxe City view room based on the area of 323 sq ft mentioned T…however was shocked to see that the actual room size was very small less than 200 sq ft. Felt very suffocated in the small room. Otherwise the hotel staff was very good and welcomed us and explained about the tourist places very nicely.

Can describe in few words. Friendly, helping, clean, comfortable stay amid-st old quarter. All attractions in walk away distance. Right from the first day of booking hotel staff fiona helped us in planning the trip. At hotel, lucy helped us in planning out city tour. Recommend 5 start.

The hotel was good, rooms are good and cleaned. The staff was supportive. Lucy the front desk executive was excellent and helped during the stay. Overall the good hotel for single and family stay. The location is also good, you can visit nearby tourist places easily

Hanoi boutique and spa is a perfect choice for your stay in old quarter and around. The staff is extremely courteous and would go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. As i am a vegetarian, they ensured that i had some option too during our breakfast.

As given the title, the entire team of hanoi boutique hotel and spa is committed to their job and responsibilities. Clean and beautiful ambience. Great hospitality by lucy, our special thanks to her. Great food offering buffet breakfast by son. Everything is positive. The negative is we did not get the room we booked and paid in advance for. We booked a classic room 3 months in advance. One week before our travel date we communicated with the hotel team by email for confirmation. They advised us to upgrade our booking to the deluxe category. We did the same and paid. As per details deluxe rooms are specious 323 sqft. And classic rooms are 180 sqft. We spent our six days in compromise, small room, which was i don't think more than 150 sqft. I don't know how to get refund in such case.

The hotel staff especially lucy made sure the hospitality was at its very best. The rooms are fine equipped with all the needs but a few of the rooms will have some noise late-night since it's nearby the party zone. The vegetarian breakfast options are few but the staff will try their best to make something extra for you. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in the most busiest streets of hanoi. The road stinks and it is crowded round the clock. No parking available. If you are opting for breakfast i would recommend please don’t do that as their breakfast is horrible. Most of the days eggs are not available. And their menu is such that you would prefer not having such food in the morning.

Hotel located in old quarter area. Hotel amenities are very well, I found skilled hospitality, but those persons not like more crowd areas, I can not advised to stay in whole old quarter area.

My room didn't have any closets and was lacking, also a table and chair set up for someone who would like to work. Plus the shower was in the room instead of in the bathroom. This made it a bit inconvenient and was not my favourite part. The staff was very friendly, kind and the location is perfect as the old quarter is spread around this hotel, perfectly with only a few minutes walk to the center, for food, shopping, bars and pubs, etc.
