It was a nice Splendid Star grand hotel and spa in small lanes of quarter one. Good and clean. The reception was very friendly and warm. They helped me to book taxi to airport very early in the morning and also were caring to pack some breakfast for me without me requesting them to do so.

Hotel is very near to the tourist attractions, and 7 mins walk from lake, special mention to brian who helped us to book all the tours at very reasonable rates, indian restaurant is nearby, breakfast is okay not much option for indians

Hotel is in good location, very close to lake and cathedral. I booked it for very good price with breakfast. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was tasty.

The property was located in the old quarter of hanoi, everything is within walkable distance here, and the staff is really good. They guide you with everything. A very comfortable stay.

I would a better place for vegetarian as the breakfast have veg food although only few but it’s there. The staff is helpful and Splendid Star grand hotel and spa located near the tourist spots which makes it’s easy to commute around
