Hotel is 5 minutes away from Airport. Rooms were clean. Staff were well behaved.

Spacious rooms but very limited veg options

The rooms are very spacious amd location is excellent. Very close to airport. Since i am complete vegetarian hence got very limited veg options in the menu.

Front desk manager is difficult to find the booking details & payments done through mmt. Staff is helpful. Location is good & secure. Airport pick up and drop arrangements are good.

Breakfast arrangements timing is late start at 6am. Need improvement in breakfast variety. Electronic chip door locks opening not working well. The movement of tourists in the nighttime on the floor disturbs the sleep.

Hotel booking staff refused to allocate room as per paid charges for size or grade of room as rooms were not available.

Dear sir, i had tried to travel but because i did not have e visa before travel-ling ethiopian airlines did not allow me to travel. The entire ticket got cancel-led so i could not travel on tuesday also. I had submitted request for allowing me to change dates but it seems you did not allow or i have not received any message.
