    Comfortable stay, beware of cleaning **** taking your stuff

    We booked a room with a balcony but when arrived there was no room available so for that night we had to stay in twin room. It was a hassle as we had to repack our stuff(after a long flight from india, the next day before leaving for the day, we were tired from a long journey. I forgot to pack my jacket which was in the cupboard. Arriving later that night i communicated the same, the jacket was gone. The night manager searched the lost and found and got nothing and said the cleaning lady did not reported anything and i should talk to day manager. When i asked to search the area of lost and found in basement, my jacket was stuffed under some hidden items. If would have been the next day not sure who would have taken it. Not a good experience regarding that. Also no complimentary water bottles were provided apart from 1st day. Later 2 days were good. Good location. Not that far from the city, nearby bus stand.
