The staff were incredibly kind and helpful during my visit. The view from the room, with snow-capped mountains, was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, a very positive experience.

Nice hotel with a very good view. But restaurant service is pathetic. Had placed order at 9pm and received food at 10:30pm. Very poor service. They are quite understaffed and everybody is just running around to fulfill the orders. Otherwise hotel is really good. House keeping is quick. It has a direct mount kazbegi view but which adds to the beauty. The infinity deck adds to the beauty.

The rooms were little small and not to good acooriding to the price. But all other things apart from that were fantastic. The view, food, pool etc

Very scenic, beautiful views of the mountain and snow. Good break from city life. Excellent food and drinks
