Wonderful experience, good breakfast and easy to travel from hotel. Downside was only the parking as its lo-acted on main street.

there is one guy whose name is gio. He has done excellent hospitality. Overall episode is recommended to stay in tblisi.

The stay was pleasant, there was nobody to disturb me during my visit, although there was no shampoo or toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste)in the bathroom. And i needed an adapter for charging but it wasn't available in the hotel.

The hotel is good and clean, location good and the room we booked were large, only negative its only there smell of food or oill when ac turn on.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The staff were excellent extremely helpful l whenever we required help and friendly. They were well versed in english and helped very courteously whenever we asked.

No parking, no room service, no hospitality

In the name of tech, they just mess up the hospitality factor of staying at a hotel. The hotel is clean and everything was great apart from the service. A single staff handles everything and there’s absolutely no room service to your surprise. It is a self service hotel. Nobody to even help you out with the heavy luggage you carry. There’s no parking nearby and they tell they’ll help you unload but when asked there’s no answer. Only good thing about the hotel was that their rooms were clean.

Terrible Stay

Rooms are good, and the location is good. 1. No facilities in the room
2. No room service, 3. Staff didn't even care to open the door when struggling with luggage
4. No space for parking but staff were not even ready to guide me ro the nearest parking, they were just saying, park anywhere, we don't have parking
5. Air conditioner was not working to cool the room, i wanted to switch on ac with 16 c to get fresh air inside as doors were closed always. I asked staff, they said open the door for fresh air
6. Food was bad, i stayed in kutaisi 3 star hotel before going there, kutaisi hotel breakfast was much better undoubtedly

Bad experience with mmt

Such a bad experience no sight seeing where ticket had to be purchased was covered even after paying a huge amount to mm t. The hotel in tbilisi was pathetic that we had to change the hotel on our own.
