10 min away by subway from Berlin central station. The hotel is s 18-story building, so always lots of people during check-in, breakfast time. Room is fairly small, Room facility are quite poor, no phone or microwave, no coffee machine or hot water pot, there's no water in lobby as well. Although they said tap water is drinkable, I doubt it though.

Really good location with plenty of conveniences close by, like coffee, transport and stores. Rooms were comfortable and clean! A good choice for central Berlin!

Such a great hotel to stay in! My room was nice and clean, and the staff were really welcoming. The location was top tier with public transportation and all the shops you would need only a short walk away. I also visited their rooftop bar which is not an outside bar but still had some tasty drinks like the New York cheesecake!

We stayed here with our older sons, on a weekend trip. It is in a great location, easy access to all transport. The hotel is lovely, very clean , but the rooms are small. The bars are lovely and very welcoming, It was delight to return here every evening after our day trips.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Berlin. I had a room with a view of the TV tower. The room was perfect. Nicely sized, clean and with a lovely bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Berlin. You are very close to the Alexanderplatz station but all the sites are easily walkable from here. And there are plenty of restaurants at night
