It was an excellent n pleasurable stay ! very nice property and very good location. It really has very spacious rooms and the bathtub was a surprise !

We checked in on 10th october in triple sharing room and very happy with the room. The view was also okay but staff was well mannered and thankfully english speaking. Had come foe anuga exhibition. The lady at the reception guided me to travel by public transport. The tram station is just behind the hotel w0 min walking distance.

Love the location of the hotel, close by the River, and right behind the hotel you have all the shops and restaurants to explore! Enjoyed the stay

Poor Stay

room service and house keeping were really bad . some days they keep tea bags , some days no , some days one bag for two . this was the case for sugar, milk etc. it was a not good stay . we have already made complaints at the reception. no more stay in novetel koln city . also there was no toilet kit available. we found only one hand wash there . bad experience.
