    Excellent stay

    Visited during the oktoberfest. Good location right next to the train station. Good hotel bar in the lobby area.

    We had booked a king bedroom and was also confirmed by there reservation manager. But on check in we were told that they are fully booked and we were were given twin beds joined together and the person at reception was also not very helpful. And also the size of bedroom was not as booked it was quiet small. By mistake we left behind a cigar box and hotel people at reception told us to pay the shipping charges if we wanted. It's a five star hotel and all this is not at all expected.
