Modern hotel in downtown Athens

This ibis styles Ibis Styles Athens Routes is located on Vouliagmenis avenue equidistant from Acropolis museum and Athens metro mall. It’s very close to the Concentrix office in downtown Athens. The popular beaches like Akti Vouliagmenis or Glyfada beaches lie on the way south on this Vouliagmenis Avenue. Akropolis is walkable but you can also take the metro. The closest metro station is Aghios Ioannis (350m). There’s a flea market around this metro station on weekends which is worth checking out. The Ibis Styles Athens Routes has a very modern aesthetic. The rooms are spacious with ample natural light with in-room coffee making apparatus and mini-fridge. Breakfast is the only meal they were serving when I visited earlier this week but there were ample nearby restaurants and cafés where you can get takeout for lunch or dinner. Along with regular breakfast items they had traditional greek items like dolmadakia and greek yogurt. There’s a very nice garden sitting area right next to the cafe. Happy hour is between 5-7pm with 30% off on drinks. Not sure if they have a gym.
