It was good. Upon checking in the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was fast. The room was comfortable but the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark especially by the sink.

Hotel and staff were great. But they need some serious improvement on the wifi and the bed. I couldn’t t get a signal inside the room . And the bed was so hard. But all in all , it was a good vacation. Other than accepting the hard bed and no wifi service, i will definitely be glad to stay at Wyndham hotel again .

Hotel facilities were OK. Room was newly remodeled. My biggest complaint is that the main elevator was not working, forcing me to haul my luggage all the way to the back of the hotel, use the back elevator, then haul my luggage all the way to the front of the hotel where my room was on the second floor. This REALLY pissed me off.

Area good, restaurant small convenient store next door only problem internet connection keeps dropping, excellent big room great for my business needs except for the internet service. Overall I was able to do what I had to get done. I will come here again for my business needs. Flew in early morning left the following evening of the next day.

Nice and friendly front desk staff. Not too far away from shopping. Clean rooms and surroundings. Only negative for me is the bed. A bit hard.

Room was clean and the staff was wonderful. Internet kept going in and out and was extremely slow. There is no place to put your clothes (no drawer space). The safe didn’t work. No shelves/counter space in the bathroom. Beds were extremely small. Strong odor of mildew in the room. Nice staff and clean. Overall, I’d never stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great. The surrounding area is kind of trashy, but since it's not in Tumon Bay, most areas are like that. The room was modern...had USB charging, a wonderful bathroom, and the room was nice. The space where the couch and table were was a plain gray room. No decorations and the only one outlet. Little things, but I would stay there again. Also, you don't earn Wyndham rewards if you book through Expedia. I stayed 20 days and didn't earn any points. Just FYI.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE, as promised on the orbitz site. Front desk says it has not existed for over a year. Toilet would not flush. Hotel was filled with loud parties. Moved rooms twice and gave up. No wake up call. Reservation for morning taxi was not made. Pass on this until they get a new manager.
