Its an old property hence cannot say its luxurious. Rooms were unexpectedly big in size. The Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong was clean. The staff is also polite and very courteous and helpful. Food is average but would suggest to go out and hit the local streets outside for food. LKF is the party area and must go. SoHo is the place with amazing diners bars and pubs. Hotel is surrounded by shops all around. Mtr station is just 5 mins walk away. Enjoyed my stay here. The standard room size is very small. The location of the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong is very good as it is in the middle of the city and is very convenient to travel.

We got a spacious room with a partial view of the sea. Nice bathroom and other amenities was good. Very clean by any standard. The room was a large one with a big sofa, almost unthinkable in Hong Kong. Tram and bus stops are just 10 mt away, very safe place with lots of eateries nearby. Nearest MTR station is only 600 meters. Macau ferry terminal is only 2 km. Direct bus (A 10) from airport takes around 40 minutes. Overall a great place to stay considering the room price I paid through MakeMyTrip.

Staying here for the 2nd time. It is a great Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong with a great location. Cheap in price with really good staff and service. Tried their breakfast buffet once. Did not like it as much but otherwise there are great places around the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong. Located right in front of tram station which connects to central and further. Mtr exit is very close and bus stops right in front of the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong too.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The rooms are very spacious. Bathroom is big and clean. The Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong provides everything necessary for your stay- water, grooming kit, etc. The staff is very helpful and polite. Location is amazing, it takes just 5 minutes to walk to meter. All kinds of transportation is available at doorstep. Overall, I'm very happy with my stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong and highly recommend to anyone.

The room provided to my friend who booked directly through the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong website was much bigger with a 4 sofa seat annexed room.

Location is very safe. Standard is well maintained, and really clean. The superior room that we stayed in, was sufficiently big enough. Water street bus stand is exactly 60 meter does not take even a minute to reach. Near subway metro station is around 150-200 meter, takes max 5 minutes by walk. Overall would highly rate for families and friends alike.

Easily accessible. The staff speaks good English and are very understanding and helpful. Me and my family's stay was very enjoyable and filled with memories.

MTR & Tram stations are nearby. The view of the Harbor is breathtaking. B'fast was good & the restaurant staff was prompt enough to offer an Omelette (my 4 Year Old Daughter enjoyed it). The Hotel Staff was helpful, however the front desk staff just wanted to push us off to our room, she probably did not like guests.

Hotel offers concierge services as well at reasonable rates. Higher floor rooms have Harbour views. Overall pleasant stay

Breakfast was good only if possible include some vegetable, location also good and staff behaviour also so good only need to improved room service. Because in room you include water bottle. And another facility is so good. And Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong environment is good.

The room is quite big. Bigger than expected. Neat and clean room. Polite staff. View is not so good as it is covered by another big building. However I would give this Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong a 9/10 in this budget. Must stay.

Great stay and close to all modes of transportation.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong is centrally located and is almost in between two MTR stations. For Indians, there are two Indian restaurants nearby with a walking of just 6 mins with great food. Buses and taxis are easily available to and from almost every part of the city.

Room was good. Check in is at 2:00 pm, if you arrive early, no check in is allowed. Very rigid. No receipt for stay was provided, as they said Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong has not collected the payment from travel agent.

Best Western Ramada is great Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong to stay with as business trips and also for holidays, Great service and facilities for guest you will have a nice trip for business.

Location is good, transportation are door step.

Great location and facilities at Hotel

Great value for money and excellent location. Foreign exchange shops, Starbucks, grocery stores, mtr station, tram station are all very close by. Vegetarian restaurant is also walking distance. Overall experience is good.
