Efficient reception and concierge service. Rooms medium or just adequate size. Provided minibar, electric kettle, efficient central AC, regular and tidy cleaning of room, unlimited bottle mineral water, bathtub facility. TV channels telecast ed were of not much use to an Indian. Children cartoon channels we missed. Location is great as just adjacent to Granville bus stop barely ten meters. Tsim Sha Sui metro Station exit gates B1 and B2 are walk able distance at 300 meters Airport City flier a 21 reaches directly to Granville stop. Worth staying.

Overall ok. Although they took a lot of tin a at check in and telling your booking has been cancelled. That was i done 4-5 days back booking and cancel-led it. They are insisting for that. I told them it’s a new booking done today evening only after spending a little time finally gave room. Room was ok as hong kong standard. Asked for iron board. Have to call 3 times finally got it after a lot request. May be a lot rush.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I selected this room inspite of many negative comments shared online, checked into a non smoking room and there was no odor. It was small and comfortable. Just at the right place a good budget Hotel

Nice rooms, good location, customer friendly, we have all freedom, smoking and non smoking rooms, good bathrooms with bathtubs, near MTR Station, in front bus stops.

Overall it was a good experience. Hotel was good. Ambiance & location was also good. Hotel staff was very cooperative. The only drawback is that room size is small.

Helpful staff, easy access to MTR, bus, taxi and located near many restaurants of all cuisines. Provided you get better rooms as some of them are too basic.

It's clean and comfortable immediate service for any calls internet is too slow but rectified on call no service available to help in carrying the luggage

Hotel is nice and clean, near to all shopping areas, easy access to metro, very best for Indians, nice and decent stay for family and couple.
