Bad hospitality

I m little bit upset with the person sitting on reception ... They are very irresponsible .. We check in the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel in the morning and we had not got room key because we are getting late for disney land so they told us when we will come back they will give us room key. But when we came back Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel with 2 kids we were very tired and my little kid was crying because he was too much tired .. Then I request the receptionist for room key she told me come in queue and she was busy in room booking for others .. Because of her behaviour we wait for half an hour which was actually very long for us. Just for giving a room key she took half an hour because she was following rules and regulations ,, kids were crying she was following rules .. Just because of staff behaviour I gave the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel just 2 stars .. So I stay just for one night then check out next day ..

Gold Coast is a nice Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel with wonderful associates professional and courteous - A special mention for Tony Au , The Asst Chief Concierge and Gottfrid Tse, The director of rooms. The Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel is away from the main city, however the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel has shuttles that drop you to key points from which are well connected by the MTR (Metro). The rooms were clean and well appointed and gave a super view of the harbour. There is also a lovely beach close to the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel and there are nice activities for children at and around the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. Enjoyed the new year eve celebrations at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. Would always recommend the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel to family and friends. Cheers!

Wonderful Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, well situated, nice rooms. Family enjoyed the stay. Will book there if we get a chance to go to Hong Kong again. The breakfast spread was also great. And did get a chance to have lunch/dinner at Satay Inn (the in house restaurant)... Having local cuisine always helps :). Courteous staff even in the restaurant. And yes we had got Sea View with Balcony Room which was great!

Location is slightly outside the main city. You have take the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel shuttle to reach the mail city. But Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel maintenance is very good. There is a beach next to the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel itself. Facilities at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel were excellent. Overall it was a very good stay.

Golden Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. Good srvoice. Needs to provide free shuttle services to improve business. All the facilities arenavavilable. Need to introduce evening entertainment near pool area to attract more business.

It was Good. Hotel room service was good. Room services was also good. Cleaning was up to the mark. Sea view was good from the room balcony. Facilities were good including breakfast. It was value for money. The room location is also good. Morning view was awesome.

Gold Coast is located right on the Gold Coast beach and one the extreme end of Hong Kong in twen mun. Enjoy a beach holiday in hongkong. Spend your day in the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, enjoy the pool and the beach and go and explore the night life of Hong Kong. Best of both worlds!

I stayed at Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel from 11th June to 14th of June 2016 with my family. All staff is helpful. Services are fine. Views from room side were good. We enjoyed inside Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. I will stay again in this Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, again best value for money.

Great place to stay nice and friendly staff room of your own choice nice location near the beach. Amazing rooms and service. Only problem is they don't have a Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel shuttle. If that is fixed it's a great place and has everything you would love to stay

I had a great stay in this Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. The Room are so clean and tidy, room service are so good. Overall value for the Money is excellent ... Impressive room with perfect scenaries for activity seekers. Only problem we had was location Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel is located far from the main city.

Its a splendid location for a beach Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel. Removed from the hum-drum of the city. Beautiful white sand beach and not crowded. Rooms have splendid view of the beach and surrounding mountains. The location itself makes one feel relaxed. My family and I had a wonderful time!
