Regal Riverside Hotel

Hotel is located very near Sha Tin center - one stop if you take 65A or K. Beautiful location with a river flowing in front and nice walkway. I had a room with twin beds and it's large in size. There's a good sofa attached to the window looking over the pool. Someone can sleep on this if required. Bar in the room had no drinks at all. 2 complementary 500 ml water bottles. Large TV. I wanted an early check-in and spoke to receptionist in person the day before. Was promised it will be taken care. My friend and I needed it as we were spending the entire night out and wanted to crash early the next morning. We could leave our bags at the concierge. Next day we were told 11 am early check-in possible. We were in by 10am and waited patiently. There were hordes of groups checking out as it was Sunday. There were many rooms being vacated. At 11 am we were told rudely that we have to wait until 12 noon. At 12 noon, they took 10 min a lot a room. This wasn't expected. All along we had to sit in a clumsy uncomfortable sofa in the reception area. They didn't pay heed even as we pleaded that we hadn't the night before. Also we had already let them know the earlier day and they promised too!

My stay was very good. It's a little far from airport, it takes around 30 min to reach from airport. It's in a good location but away from the main city. It takes 15-20 min to reach Kowloon. Here there's not much shops around. Regals' restaurant are around the four sides of the Regal Riverside Hotel. People living in shatin don't know much English so it becomes hard to communicate. The Regal Riverside Hotel is very clean and good. Its reception is always full as many people come here. The rooms were amazing. Everyday the housekeeping comes and cleans the room. I am an Indian and for me the food was very limited. Their restaurants should introduce something that everyone can eat. Their pastry shop is really good. The staff were also good. But the Regal Riverside Hotel should have their private cars/vehicles in case a family wants a private taxi driver with them who can guide them and take them to places. Travelling to the Regal Riverside Hotel from other places at night is very hard. I enjoyed my stay at Regal riverside Regal Riverside Hotel.

I stayed at this Regal Riverside Hotel with family in a family triple room. The room was spacious with 3 beds and all the usual fittings one may expect. The wifi is fast. The plan did not include breakfast so I can't comment on the food quality. I depended on packed food that I bought from 7-11 nearby. There was a bus from the airport A41 that has a stop opposite the Regal Riverside Hotel which was very useful. Check-in took more time than usual as there were a few people in queue. I was disappointed with the room view as it was on the rear side and the nice view of the riverside was not seen at all. I was told that I need to pay extra for those rooms. Also there was no complimentary shuttle to any place. I would have appreciated a shuttle at least to the nearest MTR station at Shatin. It is not walkable. Luckily there are some buses from the bus stop. This is overall value for money seeing the other Regal Riverside Hotel rates.

It was a good experience to stay at the Regal Riverside Hotel. The Regal Riverside Hotel is away from the city but very peaceful and all the conveyance were easily available. Though we didn't get time to enjoy much of the Regal Riverside Hotel services. But with the cleanliness and rooms were well-maintained. I would prefer my next visit in the same Regal Riverside Hotel again. I would personally feel that, anyone who would book a room will never be disappointed for sure.

It's was our 7 days stay, it's a great Regal Riverside Hotel everything thing is fine except food for Indians but that problem is everywhere in Hong Kong specially for vegetarian Regal Riverside Hotel is little far from mainland but bus and mtr services are excellent, water dispenser and ice dispenser in every floor we enjoyed our stay nothing to complaint five star rating from me.
Room size big very clean only charging point not convenient no any other complaint.

I am staying in this Regal Riverside Hotel for the third time as the Regal Riverside Hotel is one of the best I stayed at more than 500 Regal Riverside Hotels all over the Regal Riverside Hotel. Every staff behaves as if they live only to help you and very courteous helpful and well trained. Though the location is little far away from HongKong I still prefer this Regal Riverside Hotel I never feel I am staying at the Regal Riverside Hotel, feel at home, secured.

Good Regal Riverside Hotel with basic facilities. Value for money. Breakfast should have been included in room rent. Located opposite to river as the name suggests. There is a bus A41 which takes directly from Hong Kong International Airport to this Regal Riverside Hotel, bus stop is in front of the Regal Riverside Hotel. I would like to go there again.

It was very good Regal Riverside Hotel and clean and tidy. Facilities were excellent and rooms were clean. The location was very nice near the river and easy to approach because there was bus stop on both side of the Regal Riverside Hotel. Hotel staff was nice and the check in and check out was hassle free.

Great place, nice Regal Riverside Hotel, good service with good qualified staff, it's a good value for money. Highly qualified staff, very much peace you feel with your stay but all continental should provide which is very much to be improved.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of natural light coming in. The view from the room was just fantastic. In all, it was a great stay.

Everything was excellent. But they should have the Indian food also in their restaurant. Otherwise all great. Good connectivity to all areas of Hong Kong through bus from this Regal Riverside Hotel. I will stay in this Regal Riverside Hotel again with my family and also recommend to others.

Accessible, good breakfast and amenities, location next to river is fabulous.

Excellent location. Nearby bus stand and MTR station.

Good value to stay at Hong Kong, if you can travel using MTR and buses.
