It’s excellent, nice services and mmt made the visit amazing and wonderful. Everything was properly planned, checin was smooth and check out was amazing. Great choice of hotel and all this because of mmt rating pattern and it helped us to select the hotel

Awesome hotel but far from airport and main market

Hotel is just superb with nice view from the rooms and very clean rooms. Just that it is 40 km from airport & 20 kgs from Kowloon and you need to be with tour operator if you stay in this hotel or else the commutation cost will be higher. Off course it's a Marriott group hotel so facilities are best and luxurious hotel rooms.

This is a good value for money. I booked through MMT and got a fair deal. Added it with breakfast at 330 HKD (everything is pricey in HKG) when at hotel. They have frequent shuttles to Sha tin, Kowloon, Tsim Sha Tsui totally free. A very informative concierge too. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Good hotel and calm and peaceful stay. We have not checked out with their food. Location wise far away from main attraction but then nearby Shek mun station and just opposite bus stops and hence, no problem either. The only one complain I have that without properly conveying, deposit taken from credit card but may be I too misunderstood, so no complaining really because the concerned front desk officer after knowing my complained also very apologetic and I find absolutely no issues as all staff there were very courteous and helping. All in all 4 star. I definitely stay again and recommend to my friends.

The only problem was that the hotel is away from all attractions. But it dint hamper our stay even a little bit as I prefer to stay in open areas rather than the congested streets of Mongkok. Also the hotel has shuttle service and there is a bus stop right in front of the airport where you could catch a bus to all major attractions and also the airport. Hence it also saved us a lot of money of cab fare. Rest everything about the hotel is excellent.

Overall a good stay, the only thing I would give a feedback is that that the staff is not aware of number of people staying in the room. We booked with 3 people and hence pad extra for 1 people, but most of the facilities were give for 2, i.e. there were two cups, only 2 tea bags, 2 towels etc. Though on request they filled it out, but it was a little irritating on our end to call help desk everyday to send more cream, tea bags, towels etc. everyday, and they also seemed to be fed up. Also would have liked a microwave in the room.

Rude staff, denied breakfast

We had booked this place assuming it’s the marriott experience but we got a very unpleasant surprise when we checked in with a rude staff who not only made us feel welcomed but also didn’t honor the breakfast inclusion mentioned, not sure where the mistake is but me and my family ended up with no breakfast for 6 days and since it was expensive to get it at the hotel we had to buy it outside which was very inconvenient and unhealthy and expensive especially when we had kids,

Please always check about tariff details and complimentary breakfast directly from hotel. They don’t hon-our complimentary breakfast even if it has been booked with that option and is mentioned in the booking voucher

There is absolutely no update regarding my issue even after multiple follow ups. Even after paying extra money for room with breakfast option already, I have been paying from my pocket each day for breakfast here. This is not just an additional burden for me in terms of expenditure, but also imagine the difficulty I have been facing to go outside for breakfast every morning with a toddler while it's heavily raining outside. My entire tourist experience has been ruined due to the error at your end. The delayed responses and inefficient way of handling the customer issue has only added to my traumatic experience with your company. I fail to understand how a company like yours can be so pathetic in terms of customer service, especially when the mistake is from your side. The least you could do is provide me the latest update on my issue with an ETA for closure of my issue.

Horrible experience

There is no personal at the entrance gate on the backside of the hotel. No one to guide to the room. Selected food available at the restaurant. No variety in food. No restaurant service after 9pm. Non cooperative hotel staff.

We reached hotel @2:30pm and were asked to wait for two more hours to get our rooms. Manger behaviour was very rude. When pressurised he came the room in just five minutes. This is not the way marriott operates i hope.
