A wallet-friendly premium experience

Had a hassle-free experience here at dorset wanchai. All of the staffs were helpful and approachable and even offered complimentary early check-in which was commendable. There was no language barrier and everyone spoke english. All of the basic amenities were of very good quality and maintained regularly. The central station/ifc mall is only a few minutes away by cab or you can use the hotel shuttle to reach there, which was also punctual. There are a limited number of restaurants out of which one used to be one michelin star rated. There's also a vending machine inside the hotel to grab a few snacks. The gym room was also adequately equipped and maintained well. Albeit a few minor inconveniences were there nevertheless - the front desk, internet helpline and room service were not reachable through the room's landline. The central is quoted to be 8 minutes away by walk which is misleading. It is at-least 10-20 minutes even in a cab. But given the hotel's location, transportation isn't really an issue. Overall the experience was great and i would recommend it.

First trip everyone scared me that room sizes are small etc but Dorset is made very nicely u won't feel it's small it's cozy and everything was walking distance

Excellent location and service !! Wait for taxis can be long If Some Asian/Indian menu can be included in the breakfast. Clean rooms, jockey club view rooms are big. The only disadvantage is that on a ride day, all taxis refuse to drop you at Dorsett Stayed for 12 days and felt at home !!

Excellent location, very clean hotel, very helpful staff. Centrally located & got to see how locals shop and travel. The dining was excellent. Shuttle services to and fro to conference site was amazing. Value for money and an unforgettable pleasant experience overall !!

We booked randomly on MMT but turned out better than what we even expected. If single most thin should be pointed out would be location stones throw from nearest MTR / TIMES SQUARE. The hotel staff were exceptional taking pains to explain routes. All well versed in English w a smile ready on face. Only if at all drawback was lack of Indian food on menu... But to make up many INDIAN restaurants around not 2 mention a gurudwara at stones throw view was spectacular from 25 th floor... Can go on... But to sum it up... We're will we stay if headed to Hong Kong. No doubt DORSETT WANCHAI also will highly recommend to anyone.

This is my 4 stay at this hotel in one year, during renovation their was little inconvenience, but now it is very good by Wan Chai standard,
Good for business person, very near to the Business area near Wan Chai MTR Station
A Sikh Temple ( Gurudwara is two building away from Hotel .. A must visit for a Indian

The property is good. Rooms are nice and clean. They nice gym. I did not try food of the hotel. They have stopped giving plastic articles which is good. Every floor has water dispenser which is nice.

Polite staff, cleanliness maintained, room sizes above average. Could work upon their dining options, otherwise a good place to stay if visiting hong kong
