It's a nice hotel. Mostly staff is friendly and talk very respectable. I stay there one night and I really feel good in this hotel. It is near to the airport and you reach easy anywhere in HK.

The location is good, easy to find. Room was not spacious, but clean. Worth for the amount we pay, nothing much to expect. 30 storey building with view to the harbour. WiFi is not in room, only in lobby. Hotel won't book taxi for you, but outside you can get your own if you want.

Room was small but view was very good. No water provided. Elevator had no air conditioning at any given time. No help in taking bags to room.

Reception staff was pathetic, not at all helpful but concierge was helpful. It was so irritating that they have check-in at 2pm and check-out at 12pm, hotel have 800+ rooms still they refused to give early check in and late check out. Not even for one hour. And yes first time I saw hotel charging guest for using pool. They just provide you room and don't expect anything else. Rest everything is on charge.

Most of the flights for HK arrival timing are in the morning. In my case I reached at hotel at 9am, so I need to wait till 2pm. Spending 5hrs are nearby hotel is too much boring. They even don't provide breakfast in fact there is no kitchen for hotel, you need to get parcels for in your room. MTR station is also little far from the hotel. Next time will definitely change the location and select hotel in Kowloon area.

Worst Hotel ever. Dont take breakfast facility and dont get misguided by photographs. Rooms are like pigeonholes

Rambler gardens equals cheats & crooks

We had our booking confirmed on March 21, 2017, along with Hotel Booking ID and MMT Booking ID with the message that there was no need to reconfirm. When we arrived at the hotel, they informed that they had cancelled the booking claiming that no money was received by them. Imagine a family with two women stranded in HKG having no vacancy anywhere. Interestingly, another INDIAN couple also faced exactly the same problem there. The Rambler hotel(s) was/ were overflowing with Mainland PRC tourists who had poured into HKG for long weekend (5 day) holiday. MMT did little to help us out. AVOID these CROOKS - AVOID HONG KONG.
