Great experience in Budapest

We were in Budapest for 4 days and stayed here in this hotel. Hotel has perfect location, very close to Heroes square and other attractions. Connectivity is great and breakfast is very good. Service is very nice as everyone can speak English well and provided the required support when necessary. I totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Budapest.

Excellent value for money. The facilities are basic but functional. Staff are courteous and attentive. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. A beautiful and convenient location to places of historical importance, shopping malls and hotels. Will definitely revisit.

Location is amazing near to heroes square and schenyi thermal spa and metro, food is cheaper then outside stalls, rooms are old style but can be managed, cleaned everyday.

AC not working, room was stinking, not enough ventilation, staff not much helpful, only thing good was proximity to heroes square. Breakfast was really delicious though. We asked for Budapest card and hop on hop off passes but they didn't accept card for it. Forex was also expensive We ended up buying 24 hour travel card from machine at Bajza utca which was an awesome deal

It's an old hotel and I don't think they updated their air conditioning. It just doesn't work. Reception staff has no courtesy of smiling either. I felt they dint care much about professional hospitality.
