Wonderful resort, no regret resort

The location is great, right on Kuta Road with a lot of shopping and eating options. Bubba grump right in front of it. On the back of the pool, is the Kuta Beach. On the back side also they have many eating rest taunts. They have like 3 pools on the back of the resort. Their breakfast options are also very good. Their WiFi, however, is not free in the room. They charge for in room WiFi service. They also give first 2 hours free usage in room WiFi, after that it is chargeable. If you have multiple devices I think you can use it for 2 hours per device for WiFi in the room. Anywhere else in the Bali Garden Beach Resort, the WiFi is free, so you always See people roaming in the Bali Garden Beach Resort, just lost in their phones. The staff is very helpful and kind. The interiors of the bathrooms are not too luxurious but it's good. Everything is clean and tidy. Overall, I would say it is 10 out of 10. Great place, great staff, great location, everything is perfect. I think you can compromise on the WiFi issue in the room as the Bali Garden Beach Resort is very very good. They even gave me a free upgrade, may be you can try the same.

Nice location, rooms are good and spacious. Awesome view from board walk restaurant. Good food. Just had few problems with AC not working in the room twice during our 5 night stay but we're resolved quickly and efficiently. Only one suggestion get good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathrooms. Rest good.
Should have good quality toiletries.

Location is awesome it is near by malls, market, Atms and most important thing, it is on the Beach and back garden and was very beautiful. If we talk about breakfast is really good. And service was also very good and they attend us very politely and kindly.

Excellent pools with awesome view of the beach, forgot about sightseeing, spent more time slumming by the pool, food was excellent at the restaurants, the breakfast in particular was what made us spoilt for choice

As the resort is in a prime location ever everything is quite accessible. Everything was good except some small things. No internet inside room, service was little bit money making.
